Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 175 ml milk
  • 200 g sliced ​​cheese (processed cheese)
  • Sambal Oelek, 1-2 tsp
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) black pepper
  • 1 tsp harissa

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Heat the milk slowly, slice the cheese, and add it to the milk. Add the sambal oelek and season with salt and pepper. Now stir in the harissa spice mix, stir well, and bring to a boil briefly. The cheese dip will still be a bit runny after heating. Let it stand for about 30 minutes until it sets, then serve with nachos.
