Hot chocolate with banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 ml milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g nougat
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil and remove from the heat. Dissolve the chocolate and nougat in it while stirring. Peel the banana and puree it in the milk. Stir in the cardamom. Divide among 4 cups. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a dollop of cream, if desired.
