  • some ginger root, finely sliced ​​or grated
  • Boiling water to fill

Instructions

Place the ginger slices and elderberry syrup in a tea glass, pour boiling water over them, and let them steep for a few minutes. You can leave the ginger in the glass or fish it out and eat it. If you like, you can decorate the glass with a sugar rim made from the syrup and sugar before pouring in the ingredients. This drink is great for mild winter colds and also has a lot of fun to it.
