Hot feta cheese in flatbread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 2 points sheep’s cheese
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • ¼ m.-sized cucumber(s)
  • 4 Pepper, pickled, mild
  • e.g. salad (white cabbage)
  • n. B. Pepper, black, ground
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. garlic powder
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the feta cheese into approximately 5 mm wide slices, season generously with the spices, and drizzle with olive oil. Quarter the flatbread and cut a pocket into each quarter for filling. Place the feta cheese in the flatbread quarters, then place 2-3 slices of tomato and cucumber into each quarter. Microwave the bread quarters for 90 seconds at 800 W. The feta cheese will not melt completely. Place a pepperoni and as much coleslaw as desired into the warm quarters. Serve immediately!
