Hot Love Tea Liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • 500 ml water
  • 15 tea bags with raspberry and vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 ml vodka or double grain schnapps, 37% alcohol.

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 hours 20 minutes

Raspberry-vanilla flavored liqueur

Combine sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil for 7 minutes. Then add the citric acid and tea bags. Let it steep for 20 hours. Remove the tea bags, then add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and the vodka. Heat for 7 minutes at approximately 70 degrees Celsius. Pour the warm liqueur into a bottle. The liqueur has a very fruity flavor and is best served well chilled.
