Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 1 bag(s) of citric acid
- 500 ml water
- 15 tea bags with raspberry and vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 ml vodka or double grain schnapps, 37% alcohol.

Raspberry-vanilla flavored liqueur
Combine sugar and water in a pot and bring to a boil for 7 minutes. Then add the citric acid and tea bags. Let it steep for 20 hours. Remove the tea bags, then add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and the vodka. Heat for 7 minutes at approximately 70 degrees Celsius. Pour the warm liqueur into a bottle. The liqueur has a very fruity flavor and is best served well chilled.
