Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes (whole grain)
  • 250 ml skimmed milk, 1.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp almond(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Own creation

Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan with a pinch of salt. Turn off the heat and sprinkle in the whole-grain oats. Add the ground almonds and sultanas. Stir everything together and let it swell on the hot stovetop for 10 minutes. Then serve in a soup bowl with two tablespoons of natural apple sauce and cinnamon.
