Italian potato pot from the microwave

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes, floury
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200g salami
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • oregano
  • Spice mix (pizza seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

e.g. for the Tupperware Ultra

Peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes, along with the ham, salami, and tomatoes. Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces as well. Mix the cream and sour cream and season to taste. Mix all ingredients together and place in a microwave-safe container (e.g., Tupperware Ultra). Cover and cook in the microwave at 700 watts for approximately 25-30 minutes, then let stand for another 5 minutes.
