Hunter Pan with Mushrooms and Beans

  • 0,5 piece Onion
  • 3 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 0,5 piece Zucchini fresh
  • 200 g Green beans
  • 120 g Mushrooms brown
  • 60 g Fresh chanterelles
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for frying
  1. Cut the meat into small strips and then season on both sides with salt and pepper. Dice the onion and garlic and cut the beans in half. Then cut the mushrooms and chanterelles into narrow strips and dice the zucchini. The meat is fried in olive oil along with the onion and garlic.
