- 250 ml Milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 50 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 60 g Sugar
- 4 Egg yolk
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Bring the milk with the cream to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with sugar. Now add the boiling cream milk to the egg and steam it into the rose.
