  • 250 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  1. Bring the milk with the cream to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with sugar. Now add the boiling cream milk to the egg and steam it into the rose.
  2. Stir in the chocolate and cocoa powder, let them cool in ice water and then put them in the ice cream maker.
