Vegetarian: Steamed Vegetables with Cheesy Tomato Sauce

The perfect vegetarian: steamed vegetables with cheesy tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

The basic vegetable:

  • 1 handful Green beans
  • 1 medium sized Potatoes, washed, peeled and in a wave cut
  • 1 size Carrot, washed, peeled and wavy
  • 0,25 medium sized Zucchini, washed and wavy
  • 3 small Spring onions, cut into large rings
  • 0,5 Yellow peppers, washed and diced
  • 1 medium sized Onion, peeled and cut into eighths.

The basic tomato sauce:

  • 0,25 L Water
  • 150 Size Cream cheese with yoghurt-only very slightly sour-
  • 1 El Sambal Oelek
  • Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Ketchup
  • Chicken broth, powdered
  • Pimenton de la vera, hot
  1. Put the prepared vegetables in a steamer and steam.
  2. At the same time, heat the water and stir in the cheese, tomato paste and all the spices and season to taste. I like it spicy! The result should be a creamy sauce.
  3. At the end of the cooking time, serve everything together on a plate! Tastes great! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
