Vegetarian: Steamed Vegetables with Cheesy Tomato Sauce
The perfect vegetarian: steamed vegetables with cheesy tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The basic vegetable:
- 1 handful Green beans
- 1 medium sized Potatoes, washed, peeled and in a wave cut
- 1 size Carrot, washed, peeled and wavy
- 0,25 medium sized Zucchini, washed and wavy
- 3 small Spring onions, cut into large rings
- 0,5 Yellow peppers, washed and diced
- 1 medium sized Onion, peeled and cut into eighths.
The basic tomato sauce:
- 0,25 L Water
- 150 Size Cream cheese with yoghurt-only very slightly sour-
- 1 El Sambal Oelek
- Tomato paste concentrated three times
- Ketchup
- Chicken broth, powdered
- Pimenton de la vera, hot
- Put the prepared vegetables in a steamer and steam.
- At the same time, heat the water and stir in the cheese, tomato paste and all the spices and season to taste. I like it spicy! The result should be a creamy sauce.
- At the end of the cooking time, serve everything together on a plate! Tastes great! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
