Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g ice cubes
  • 4 tbsp instant coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 40 g sugar
  • 500 g milk
  • possibly ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the Thermomix

Blend the cappuccino powder and sugar for about 10 seconds on speed 10. Add the ice cubes and grind for about 15 seconds on speed 7. Occasionally scrape the powder down from the edge. Add the milk and froth for about 10 seconds on speed 5. If desired, garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream… Tastes delicious, a dream on beautiful spring and summer days.
