Ingredients
- 300 g Strawberries
- 160 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 Egg yolk
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 1 Vanilla stick
Instructions
- Add the egg yolks with the scraped-out vanilla pod to the milk and whip over steam, then allow to cool. Puree the strawberries in the blender and add to the condensed milk,
- Whip the cream. When the egg milk has cooled, add to the strawberries and finally fold in the cream and place in the ice cream maker.
