Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 160 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Vanilla stick

Instructions
 

  • Add the egg yolks with the scraped-out vanilla pod to the milk and whip over steam, then allow to cool. Puree the strawberries in the blender and add to the condensed milk,
  • Whip the cream. When the egg milk has cooled, add to the strawberries and finally fold in the cream and place in the ice cream maker.
