Ice Cream: Strawberry Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream: strawberry ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 160 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Vanilla stick
  1. Add the egg yolks with the scraped-out vanilla pod to the milk and whip over steam, then allow to cool. Puree the strawberries in the blender and add to the condensed milk,
  2. Whip the cream. When the egg milk has cooled, add to the strawberries and finally fold in the cream and place in the ice cream maker.
