Strawberry and Cream Ice Cream

The perfect strawberry and cream ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 350 g Fresh strawberries
  • 100 ml Strawberry juice
  • 20 g Grated chocolate
  1. Mix the strawberries with 50 g sugar and the strawberry juice. Puree these so that small pieces of strawberry remain. Set the mixture aside. Beat both egg yolks with the remaining sugar (100g) until frothy. Gradually add the cream and whip everything into a creamy cream. Now carefully fold in the fruit mixture. Finally add the chocolate flakes. Pour everything into a container and place in the freezer. Whenever possible, stir every hour so that the ice cream becomes nice and smooth. Freeze for at least 8-10 hours. Remove from frozen food for a few minutes before serving.
