Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g gingerbread (pain d’épices)
- 500 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 75 g sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Ice cream with French spice cake
Break the pain d’épices into small pieces and place them in a tall, slim container. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Freeze the liquid in an ice cream maker, stirring continuously.
