Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of chocolate coating
- 2 cubes of coconut oil (Palmin)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Melt the chocolate coating with fat in a bain-marie. Pour the chocolate over the ice cream or dip the ice cream in it. It will set immediately upon contact. This makes a delicious ice cream crust for ice cream bars or ice cream confections.
