Iceberg cabbage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 piece(s) white cabbage, approx. 100 g
  • 100 g strawberries, pureed
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp salad herbs
  • Coconut blossom sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean the iceberg lettuce, cut it into pieces, and wash it. Finely chop and wash the white cabbage. Make the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve after letting it sit for a short time.
