Iceberg lettuce with mandarins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ pack of chives, in rolls
  • Juice (tangerine juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make a dressing from sour cream, cream, honey, chives, mandarin oranges, and lemon juice. Arrange iceberg leaves on the plate. Distribute mandarin oranges on top. Pour the dressing over the iceberg leaves.
