Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 15 g yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp milk, lukewarm
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place everything in a mixing bowl and knead with a mixer (dough hook) until you have a smooth yeast dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and top with toppings as desired. (This dough is for a round pizza pan approximately 30/33 cm.)
