Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp, levelled coffee powder, instant
  • 130 g crushed ice
  • 250 ml milk, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super refreshing on hot days

Grind the coffee powder with a mortar and pestle (or a spoon). Grind the crushed ice with a blender. If you don’t have a powerful enough blender, you can also put the crushed ice in a freezer bag and mash it with a hammer. Combine the powdered sugar, coffee powder, crushed ice, and milk and froth it with the blender. Divide between two glasses and enjoy immediately.
