The 5-4-3-2-1 base recipe is in my profile! Or use any other tart base. Peel 4-6 apples according to size, cut them into eighths, and then cut the eighths into strips. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over them and simmer with 100 ml water and 1 tbsp sugar for about 10 minutes. It shouldn’t completely dissolve! Mix another 100 ml water with vanilla sauce powder and 1 tbsp sugar and add to the boiling apple mixture. Bring to a boil briefly, about 1 minute, and let the mixture cool slightly so the vanilla sauce thickens a little. Pour it onto the tart base and cool. It’s best to do this in a springform pan! Then whip 200 ml heavy cream with a pinch of salt and a cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form. Spread it over the apple mixture. Sprinkle with a few chocolate sprinkles, or roasted almonds, or sometimes even a grated Santa Claus that needs to be used up. I then put it in the freezer for an hour. Deliciously fresh, not too heavy, and ready in no time! Best of all, I always have these things in the house. Sugar for the apple topping is considered a free allowance at WW!
