Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g yeast
- ⅛ liter milk
- 500 g flour
- 250 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- Fat for frying
- Sugar for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Let the yeast rise slightly in lukewarm milk. Melt the butter and combine all seven of the first ingredients into a dough. Form into balls, deep-fry, and then roll in sugar.
