Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cup(s) coffee, strong
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar or cane sugar
  • 8 cl Whiskey, Irish
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

in true Irish style

To prepare, brew a fairly strong cup of coffee. Lightly whip the cream (it shouldn’t be stiff). Pour the sugar into four Irish coffee glasses, then add the whiskey. Fill about three-quarters full with hot coffee and carefully pour the cream on top. Do not stir! Serve dusted with cocoa powder.
