Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g squid(s) (cuttlefish), fresh, ready to cook
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • pepper, black
  • 250 g beans, white, cooked and drained
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spanish tapa (white beans with squid)

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cuttlefish with the garlic and a little pepper. Fry for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add the beans and parsley and fry for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve drizzled with vinegar.
