Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g margarine
- 70 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp, sautéed cinnamon
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 can Mango(s) , sugared
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)

For the shortcrust pastry, beat the margarine and sugar until creamy. Then add the flour, cinnamon, and milk and knead by hand until a smooth dough forms. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. For the topping, drain the mangoes, reserving the juice. Cut the mango pieces into thin slices. Make a pudding from the vanilla pudding powder and mango juice according to the package instructions. Press the dough into a tart or springform pan, gently raising the edges. Pour the pudding mixture onto the pastry and then top with the mango pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
