Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 270 ml water
- 270 ml skimmed milk (0.1% fat)
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a batter. Then bake in batches in a waffle iron. Note: Although the batter contained no butter at all, and we didn’t coat the waffle iron with any butter or oil, the result was: – The waffles didn’t stick – They tasted great (with jam). This was a cheap €15 waffle iron with a non-stick coating. Tip: If you prefer to eat the waffles plain instead of with jam, you may need to add a little more sweetener to the batter.
