Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 380 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 small cans of pineapple
- 200 g butter

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the first 6 ingredients into a dough. Spread 2/3 onto the baking sheet, then bake the rest separately. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. Finely chop the pineapple, combine all the remaining ingredients, and whisk until smooth. Fold in the pineapple. Drizzle a little pineapple juice onto the cooled base. Spread the cream over the dough. Crumble the remaining dough on top.
