Spread the love

  • 4 burger patties
  • ¼ jar pesto
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • some balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very easy

The two of us always make two burgers first, and after those have been eaten, we prepare the next two burgers, which are then nice and warm. First, we slice the tomato and mozzarella into strips. Then season the burger patties with salt and pepper and fry them well on both sides. Cut open the buns and spread them with pesto, place a burger patty on top, then top with a tomato and a slice of mozzarella. If you like, you can drizzle a few drops of balsamic vinegar on top. This can be served with French fries, although the burgers are already quite filling.
