Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced/Kassler or roast
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and transfer it to a greased casserole dish. Finely dice the onion and sauté with the cleaned and thinly sliced ​​mushrooms for 10 minutes. Grate the cheese, roughly chop the parsley, and add it to the mushrooms along with the ham. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with spices. Pour everything over the pasta. Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour over the pasta. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat).
