Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 small tomatoes, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 small onion(s), possibly shallot
  • some basil, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch(s) of dried chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick to make and super tasty

Finely dice the tomatoes and onion and place them in an empty jam jar along with the finely chopped basil. Add all the remaining ingredients to the jar and secure the lid. Shake the jar vigorously, and the salad dressing is ready. Tip: If you double or triple the amount, you can use as much as you need. The rest can easily be stored in the refrigerator for a few days for later use.
