Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp mixed salad herbs (parsley, chives, dill, chervil)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions

Finely chop the salad herbs and place them in an empty jam jar. Add all the other ingredients and seal the jar. Shake vigorously and drizzle over your salad of choice. Tip: If you make two or three times the batch, you can store the sauce in the refrigerator; it will keep for a few days.
