Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 8 tbsp Aceto balsamico, dark
  • some sea salt
  • some pepper, mixed, from the mill
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes well with salads with tomatoes or beans

Peel the onion and garlic clove. Finely dice the onion and press the garlic clove through a press. Whisk the balsamic vinegar with a little sea salt, a few turns of freshly ground pepper, crushed garlic, mustard, and honey. Then whisk in the olive oil and stir in the diced onion and chopped basil.
