- 1 tsp, leveled Parmesan

Fry the schnitzel in a pan with plenty of olive oil, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Deseed the peppers. Chop the peppers and onions and season with salt. Add the peppers, then the onions to the pan and fry. Place the vegetables on top of the schnitzel and sprinkle with cheese. Season with seasoning. Potato salad with a vinegar and oil dressing is a good side dish.
