Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg boiled potatoes
- 40 g margarine
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 30 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml cream
- 40 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the margarine and fry the onions until translucent. Sprinkle the flour over the onions, deglaze with milk and cream, stirring constantly with a whisk, and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in the ham and parsley. Peel the potatoes, add them, and heat through in the sauce. Serve with a crisp salad.
