Ingredients

  • 350 g Ground beef
  • 350 g Short macaroni or any other variety
  • 200 g Béchamel sauce
  • 1 Handful Cocktail tomatoes cut in half
  • 250 g Mozzarella or grated cheese to taste
  • Salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sweet paprika
  • Herbs de Provence
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta firm to the bite according to the instructions, drain and set aside. Please do not scare off the pasta, as this will make it difficult for them to combine with the sauce.
  • Mix the ground beef with the spices and knead well. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly.
  • Put the cooled noodles in a greased casserole dish, then the ground beef and the cocktail tomatoes. Then pour the bechamel sauce over it and finally the mozzarella or any other grated cheese.
  • Baked in an oven preheated to approx. 190 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes until the cheese has a nice brown color. In addition, a delicious, fresh salad and a cold beer
