Jacket Potatoes with Curry Paprika Quark and Sea Prawns

The perfect jacket potatoes with curry paprika quark and sea prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 250 g Quark 20% (1 pack)
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill / possibly for seasoning
  1. Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, drain, allow to evaporate a little and peel off. Mix the quark with yogurt, mild curry powder (½ teaspoon), sweet paprika (½ teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve jacket potatoes with curry paprika quark and polar sea prawns, sprinkled with coriander leaves. If necessary, salt the jacket potatoes with coarse sea salt from the mill.
