Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml liqueur (Jägermeister)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine flour with baking soda and baking powder, then add chocolate sprinkles, cinnamon, and cocoa powder and set aside. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy, then gradually add eggs and vanilla sugar. Now stir in the Jägermeister. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix gently. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake at 175°C fan/convection oven for 25-30 minutes. Decorate as desired!
