Jam: Apple Jelly with Calvados

- 900 ml Juice of freshly juiced apples
- 750 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 tbsp Calvados
- Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Cook for 4 minutes, keep stirring and then pour into glasses. Put the lid on and let it cool down
