Jam: Strawberry + Pineapple

The perfect jam: strawberry + pineapple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 1 Can Pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped mint
  • 1 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 0,333333 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)

For quick consumption!

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens, cut into small pieces. Sugar the strawberries
  2. Wash the mint, cut into strips. Add the strawberries and cook for about 1 hour. to let go.
  3. Open the pineapple and add to the strawberries (with juice)
  4. Boil for about 3 minutes, bubbly. Pour into glasses while still hot, screw on briefly, turn after approx. 5 minutes.
  5. Unfortunately, it only has a shelf life of 3 months, then the strawberries lose their color.
