Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup of carbonated mineral water
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • 1 package poppy seed cake
  • 2 corners of coconut oil, e.g. B. Palmine
  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Simple and moist mug cake

The serving size is a coffee cup. Mix all ingredients, except for the Palmin, cocoa, and Nutella, thoroughly. Pour into a greased loaf pan (double the amount for a baking tray with a frame) and bake at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit) for 60 minutes. Melt the Palmin, mix with the cocoa and Nutella, and cover the cake with the chocolate glaze. It tastes best when refrigerated for a day.
