Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cucumbers, cut into small cubes
- 100 g black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 onion(s), red, cut into small cubes
- 1 pack of feta cheese, cut into small cubes
- Peppermint, cut into strips
- olive oil
- ½ lemon(s), grated zest and juice
- Salt (Fleur de Sel)
- pepper
