Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cucumbers, cut into small cubes
  • 100 g black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 onion(s), red, cut into small cubes
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, cut into small cubes
  • Peppermint, cut into strips
  • olive oil
  • ½ lemon(s), grated zest and juice
  • Salt (Fleur de Sel)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Gently mix all ingredients together and enjoy! Serve with flatbread, tzatziki, and marinated chicken strips…
