Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 15 g soy sauce
  • 8 g sugar
  • 1 dash of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Then season generously with salt and let it stand for 20 minutes. Rinse the slices thoroughly and drain. Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar and mix. Finally, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
