Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (any type)
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 2 small leeks
  • 2 small onions
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp ketap manis
  • 1 tbsp, leveled Chinese spice
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and easily digestible

First, boil the pasta in salted water. The type doesn’t matter; it’s up to you to choose. While the pasta is cooking, chop the cooked ham, washed leek, and onions. For the dressing, combine all of the above ingredients and season to taste. Finally, combine the above ingredients and the dressing in a salad bowl and mix thoroughly. A light treat for warm summer days.
