Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of pork neck
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 ml red wine vinegar
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

The marinade is also suitable for other grilled meats

Mix the spices with salt and sugar in a saucepan. Then add the water, bring to a boil, and remove from the heat. Add the vinegar, butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Let the marinade cool slightly, if necessary. Marinate the meat in a bowl (preferably overnight). Drain the meat well and cook it on a hot grill.
