Juicy Apple Pancakes
The perfect juicy apple pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 0,5 Tl Ground cinnamon
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 0,5 Cup Sunflower oil
- 6 small Apples or 4 larger ones
- Vegetable fat for baking
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
- Mix the flour with the cinnamon and baking powder and stir with the egg cream.
- Now stir in the milk and oil and let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel and core the apples and chop them up in Tupper’s Quickchef. Or just cut it very small.
- Mix the apple pieces with the batter and bake about 5 pancakes in a non-stick pan at medium temperature
- Do not turn the pancakes until they are well removed from the bottom of the pan. The 2nd side then only needs a short baking time.
