Juicy Apple Pancakes

The perfect juicy apple pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 0,5 Tl Ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 0,5 Cup Sunflower oil
  • 6 small Apples or 4 larger ones
  • Vegetable fat for baking
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy.
  2. Mix the flour with the cinnamon and baking powder and stir with the egg cream.
  3. Now stir in the milk and oil and let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, peel and core the apples and chop them up in Tupper’s Quickchef. Or just cut it very small.
  5. Mix the apple pieces with the batter and bake about 5 pancakes in a non-stick pan at medium temperature
  6. Do not turn the pancakes until they are well removed from the bottom of the pan. The 2nd side then only needs a short baking time.
