Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 200 g
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 150 g bacon or ham
  • n. B. chives
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Bread(s) of your choice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

baked bread, very creamy topping

Dice bell peppers, tomatoes, bacon or ham, and finely chop chives. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spread the topping on bread of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10-15 minutes (depending on the desired degree of browning). This very creamy topping is best suited for dark bread, rolls, or toast. Tip: The topping can be added or changed as desired, e.g., with onions, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, etc.
