- 15 biscuits (shortbread biscuits, chopped

- 4 m.-sized eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ¼ cup flour

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the crumbled shortbread cookies with the melted butter and press them into the bottom of a greased springform pan. It’s best to use an American aluminum pie plate, but a springform pan will work too; you just need to press the mixture up a little to the sides. Now, in a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add the milk. Add one egg at a time and mix well. Then add the sour cream, flour, and vanilla sugar and mix everything together again. Pour the mixture into the pastry case and place it in the oven. Let the cake cool completely after baking. Baking time: 1 hour at 180°C.
