Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Yeast or pizza dough sufficient for 2 baking trays
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 3 eggs
- ¼ liter sweet cream
- 300 g onion(s), in rings
- 250 g ham (salmon ham or lean ham cubes)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
sufficient for 2 baking trays
Mix the quark, eggs, and cream well. Sauté the onions and ham in a pan. Roll out the dough and line baking sheets with it. Spread the quark mixture on top, then spread the onion and ham mixture on top. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Bake at 180°–200°C for approximately 20–30 minutes.
