Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 16 slice(s) Kasseler cold cuts, slightly thicker cut
- 2 packs of frozen Rösti
- 4 cups of crème fraîche with herbs, each 125 g
- 2 cups of sweet cream, 200 g each
- 1 pack of grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)
- salt and pepper

Arrange the smoked pork slices on a baking sheet or in a large casserole dish. Crumble the thawed hash browns over the top. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, and cheese together, season to taste, and add salt and pepper if desired. Pour this cream over the hash browns. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 1 hour.
