Baked pork neck

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg pork neck
  • 2 onions
  • Cheese (toast cheese) as required
  • salt and pepper
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the pork loin and onions, layer them on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish, and season with salt and pepper. First the pork loin, then the onion rings. Cover everything with the cheese. Spread the cheese generously with mayonnaise to prevent it from burning. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Serve with croquettes or potato wedges.
