Kassler with Rösti, baked

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg smoked pork, boned
  • 3 packs of Rösti
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 pack of cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the smoked pork into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the rösti on top. Mix the sour cream and cream together and spread it on the rösti. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approximately 1.5 hours at 170°C (340°F) fan-assisted oven.
